A few weeks ago now in english i read out a speech that i wrote on sexual abuse. it was really hard to say coz ive been abused myself and it was my story... hang on i'll type out a bit of it.. btw i was writing it as though i was talking about someone else..

My friend had to go councelling. She only went twice, but she found it emotionally draining. Whenever she got home after she had been councelling, she lost control of herself. She always ended up sobbing uncontrollably. Counselling did not only bring pain flooding back to her, but to her parents too. They could not understand why anyone would do this, could do this, to their daughter...

Sometimes i find it hard to cope with but i have friends who have been through the same situation as me which helps alot. I just want them to know i am always here for them and that i love them very much coz they've been helping me through tough times.

Next month (5th June 07) it will be exactly one year since it happened and i really dont know how im gonna react so if i'm off with ppl that day u'll know why.

i really really like someone but ive been out with him before and now i dont know what to do coz i think he loves someone else and its like aaah!!!
I cant seem to get him outta my head and its pissing me off. i just wanna get on with my life but i cant. dammit. why did i ever have to meet him...?
im not sure if he knows i like him or not. i sent him a text telling him i did, and asked if i ever had a chance. he didnt reply.
please give me some advice on what to do coz i really dont know what to do for the best. shall i tell him? or attempt to move on when it's not gonna work?
